Old and busted: Pretentious Nate versus Kontentious Kurt.

New hotness: Now acting as Prime Permabore Ego Checker is DKL, providing a bright shiny new love for the Nacle to enjoy in bemusement. While there has probably been long-standing mutual disdain between the two Nacle luminaries, the more recent spat is over Nate's attempt to steal some of Dave's thunder by unsuccessfully hijacking the subject of Dave's NCT guest post (Nate even stooped to acknowledging another LDS blog besides T&S even exists by deigning to comment on DKL's guest post thread).

We here at the Nacle think this new tet-a-tet will be much more profitable for us in the long run. I mean, come on, you have a lawyer who wishes he was a philosopher and a philosopher who wishes he was a lawyer, duking it out to show the Nacle who is the smartest one around. The smuggest permabore in the Nacle verses the most reviled person on the Nacle. Both of them love rhetorical flourish, both of them love big words you have to look up in a dictionary, both of them are perfectly willing to liberally salt the conversation with insults. Pop some popcorn and watch the fun (not to mention the horrific spelling).

Nothing, and I do mean NOTHING, is as satisfying as watching two pompous blowhards, who are not nearly as smart as they think they are, duking it out over that most dubious of honors--biggest geek in the 'nacle. Sweet, sweet stuff.

Thanks, anonymous. I'm happy to do anything I can do to add a little bit of life to your humdrum life.

DKL, why is it everyone else's life is humdrum when you are the one who spends so many hours each week on the Nacle? Even creating and overseeing your own portal to it? Who's life is humdrum?

Hmm, first Kaimi, and now this obsession with Nathan Oman. Snarker, you have an obvious serious axe to grind with those two. Did they refuse a spot to you on Times and Seasons once, or something? Your bitterness towards those two is palpable.

Also, you clearly know the people involved in the Bloggernacle, and are putting much time and effort into deliberately making them look like fools. And yet, it seems that chances are some of them, maybe even Kaimi and Nathan, consider you a friend in the real world. What happens if your identity is ever revealed and your friends find out that you have treated them all so badly, perhaps even betrayed their friendship?

Seems a high price to pay just to be thought a funny guy.

I do like your raps, though.

Those are good, probing questions, Snarker. I'm glad you asked them, because I think that they get at some very important issues.

You see, everyone out there in the 'nacle, sometimes feels like his or her life is humdrum. I felt like my life was humdrum one afternoon many years ago, and that makes me uniquely equipped to empathize with the feelings of other 'naclites.

Since that afternoon, my life has been exhilarating--a non-stop amusement park ride. This is partly because I'm fun and I'm hip and I'm cool. The fact that my wife is one hot babe certainly helps. But it's mostly because I know that I provide so much happiness to people like you and the anonymous commenter up top. That's what really excites me, and I'm glad that you've given me the opportunity to share this part of myself with others.

In fact, that's what led me to create LDSelect. I wanted the 'nackle to be more fun and more hip and more cool. And I do believe that I succeeded. LDSelect is "State of the Art 'nackle."

Dastardly, please do go on and on and on some more with your conceit thinly veiled by sarcasm. Don't let your active and exciting lifestyle interrupt.

No, thanks, Snarker. I've answered your original question, and that should give you quite enough to be grateful for.

DKL, I cannot tell you how grateful we are for making our jobs so, so, so easy. Thanks man, you rock so hard.
