I was thinking we'd see a Top 5 of Rusty's Top 5 posts.

I'm still wondering about the Top 5 Colors of All Time post. It seemed blatantly clear that post was a sarcastic response to being pushed to post about something.

HA! Funny stuff Prime. Sadly, the motivation behind my top 5's is nothing more than wanting to do one every week. Sometimes I worry that those lists have outgrown their welcome but they still seem to get a lot of good discussion so I keep doing them. The colors top five was just kind of a joke because it's so arbitrary whereas all the other ones require history and context.

No way did you just compare Brandon Flowers to Arthur Kane.

No, Susan, Brandon and Arthur were not compared against each other. They were only used as examples of "'cool people' who are still Mormons".

I happen to think that the top 5 lists are great. Including this one.

One great snark that sums up why I've never really been interested in commenting at Kulturblog, though I occasionally stop by and read it.
