Janet thinks when she is exalted to the status of godesshood she can do whatever she likes, which is somewhat at odds with Joseph Smith's teachings on the matter. But, never mind him, he is a man. Emma clearly would have espoused Janet's view, had she been given an equal voice in the matter.
You go girl! When you have all the power, you will abuse it as you see fit, indulge in all those carnal worldly things you weren't supposed to do in mortality, and flout your offensiveness in people's faces while laughing them to scorn. ROCK ON, SISTER!
If this isnt Narcissus' long lost twin sister, I don't know who is. I don't know about you, but I joined the Mormon Church so that when I am exalted I can have my own planet to do whatever I want on. So planet Narcissus will be Metallica Tabernacle Choir, green jello with shredded peyote salad and the full-time missionaries SHALL flirt to convert...in the nude.

Dont you mean "fornicate to convert"?
If you're looking for snarking material, I think Seth has just lost his mind:

Goodness, you either don't get the poem or are way too serious for a satirist! Of course, I do plan on playing with alternate sky colors when I'm a goddess, but DH will have deal with the calculus.
Loved the burning man photo, btw.

And, it appears, grammar. --janet
Anonymous #2,
If you've watched my history of commenting (with any degree of interest or disinterest), you'll note there wasn't much to lose in the first place.
Seth R.
I have to note that I sent the snarked powem to a non-LDS friend (a professional writer with books that have sold more than a million copies) and she loved it.
Stephen, you are lovely. I'm a bit too sensitive about my poetry (whoops--my bad for posting it, then) so your comment makes me day. Gracious.
Janet
I've got to admit that the Snark is on my must read list. They usually snark things worth reading, and often they find funny things to say.
My hope is that the more positive feedback they get on the funny snarks, the more of those we will see.
All communities have satirists, we are lucky in that ours are very mild by most standards.
