Any guesses what this free stuff is going to be? How about some Christmas tunes? Or a blanket from Spongy Feet? Or some thermal underwear for your baby? The marketing gurus at TftC are going to use the Bloggernacle to advertise their wares. Someone has been doing some reading. Direct Marketing to Mormons for the net cost of shipping some of the product samples you have laying around. Smart, girls. Keep up the good work.

UPDATE: Awwww, yeah, baybeeeee! sNarcissist hits the nail on the head.

If tales from the crib is promoting baby stuff, then what products would the other group blogs develop and market? I think FMH would come up with barbecue sauce for all the Barbies and bras they are going to burn, and it would be sweet and spicy but have a bitter aftertaste. Millennial star would develop a cure for insomnia. T&S would come up with their own perfume, called "Smug". And, naturally, BCC would come up with their own perfume, called "unpretentious".

How many Monkey Steals the Peach T-shirts do you have hanging around for top contributors?

Chloe,

No problem, always happy to help out fellow narcissists.

Anonymous,

Sorry, wrong snarker. I'm not doing that. By the way, those were never for sale by Snarkette, they were being sold through zazzle.com, an independent third-party, as a one-off thing. Snarkette never made one cent of those. Thanks for asking though.

So, did Snarkette buy them and then send them out?

Snarkimus Prime said... @ November 18, 2006 at 8:12 PM

Yes. They were bought one at a time from zazzle.com, just like you can, at:

I really want one of those shirts!

(Can't seem to choose a size. Wonder if it's Firefox related.)

Wow, I have no idea how you figured us out.

It's not like we said we would "Highlight and promote mom-owned businesses (including a few we are personally involved in)" . Oh wait, we did. But it's not like we have done posts were we have talked about how proud we are of the momtreprenueral skills of our girls. Oh wait, we did. But it's not like we linked to these businesses in our sidebar. Oh wait, we did. Good job figuring it all out. You're brilliant!

I guess you'll just have to wait and see if we have non-Tales moms giving away freebies in the future!

Snarkimus Prime said... @ November 21, 2006 at 5:32 AM

Oh, yeah, Carrie, that would be a totally harsh comment that just brings us to our collective knees, weeping at your harshness. But the "(including a few we are personally involved in)" thing was added after you were snarked. So, yeah, Carrie, go sew some thermal underwear and fuzzy slippers.

This is Carrie said... @ November 21, 2006 at 8:01 AM

Um, yeah. That phrase was NOT added after we were snarked. But it's a nice thought that we would cater to your comments. We did add "freebies can only be shipped to US addresses" after we were snarked though. If you want to take credit for that one, you can.

Oh, SHUT UP, Carrie, you are full of it!

Without the screen-shot images to prove it, I guess we'll never know...

'Oh, SHUT UP, Carrie, you are full of it!'

Funniest comment ever.

Truly the argument of the uninspired.

Snarker's true colors of mediocrity shine through.

And before you say it, no I am not Carrie, but feel free to tell me to shut up.

Snarkimus Prime said... @ November 22, 2006 at 3:26 AM

Anonymous whining from another coward who hates SnarkerNacle, but still reads SnarkerNacle. Sometimes I think all of our readers hate us, but are entirely too vain to stop reading. If we could only be as inspired as the rest of the Bloggernacle. Barf.

Oh, and BTW, shut up (wouldn't want to dissapoint).

We don't hate the Snarker. It's just too fun to watch the show, in all it's pathetic glory. The irony is that you don't even realize how hypocritical and unbelievably inane you yourself are being, even while accusing others of the exact same thing. And you continually don't get it. That's what brings us back. To watch you repeatedly make an utter fool of yourself. And the SHUT UP Carrie comment? Truly, a SnarkerNacle classic. Keep 'em coming!

Oh, and feel free to delete my comment, or shut down comments completely, even as you rant about T&S deleting comments over there. After all, I would be seriously disappointed if you did anything less. It would be so un-Snarkerackle-like to let such a comment like this one stand.

I'll be chacking back, just to make sure you maintain your pattern. It's like a train wreck, really. Pathetic, but you just can't look away....

Snarkimus Prime said... @ November 22, 2006 at 5:27 PM

There you go anonymous, just like your pals at T&S, we won't allow anonymous users post. Make yourself a blogger account, and then you can accuse of being hypocrites for posting anonymously.

And, do shut up. Nobody cares what you think. Least of all anyone here.
