Starfoxy is tired of all the sexual politics of body hair, and she eagerly anticipates being emancipated from her Bic razor. Why do American gals shave their pits? You can thank Mack Sennett. But aside from all that, staryfoxy has unleashed the latest bit of speculative doctrine on the Nacle: In the Resurrection, there will be no razors, and everyone will be hairy and not care about it. Which just begs the question: Will there be celestial deoderant? Or do bacteria not get resurrected? Is sweating only for telestial bodies?

You know, Alma 40:23 says:

The soul shall be restored to the body, and the body to the soul; yea, and every limb and joint shall be restored to its body; yea, even a hair of the head shall not be lost; but all things shall be restored to their proper and perfect frame.
So maybe we will not even have any body hair when resurrected, because all we get back is the hair of our head, right?

Whiney bad Reasons' security is about as secure as Julie's posts are funny. Someone hacked into the site over the past few days and played some practical jokes on them. Rumor has it they have allegedly secured the site.

Here is the scoop on what happened and when:

And there you have it. The hacks were typically up for about 10-15 minutes.

Gossip around the Nacle has ended up polarizing around two possibilities: It was an insider playing a practical joke on the other permabores or it was an outsider. Nothing definitive so far. We wouldn't put it past the T&S crew to stage this sort of thing deliberately to create buzz, since their content has been pretty weak. But, that seems unlikely as if they were going to do something like that, then it would be more self-aggrandizing and self-promoting than what was posted and they would have left it up longer. Probably more likely that someone discovered default passwords were left unchanged, or Kaimi's password was "wenger" or "mardell" or "iDoCornRows" and someone guessed it.

Send e-mail tips to you favorite little blue smurfette!

Kevin Barney continues his investigation of all things prurient by discussing a pretty wacked out reading of why women ought to have long hair and keep it covered. This post wins "Goofy Tag Line of the Week" contest for the Nacle hands down. I'd like to see someone even try to beat that.

Anyway, given Kevin's penchant for hermeneutical gymnastics, we here at SN Industries LTD really have to wonder what he is getting at. Lets take a close look at this quote:

If a man has long hair on his head, it counteracts the need for the semen to come down from his head and ejaculate. But if a woman doesn’t have long hair on her head, it adversely affects her fertility.
OK, so according to this rationale, who is more virile?

Yes, that is right, Kevin is more virile than Fabio, and rumor has it that since learning this obscure doctrine Kevin has shaved off the beard as well.

Dustin over at latter-day blog is apparently an unrepentant meat eater looking for excuses. Refrigeration now makes it easy and convenient to eat meat safely in any season so that Word of Wisdom thing about eating meat sparingly or not at all is no longer relevant.

An anonymous comment maker pointed out that meat was safely stored before refrigerators were invented by salt curing it, smoking it, or drying it so whoever thinks that is the case is full of baloney...literally. But, Dustin deleted that comment. No point in letting facts muddy the water.

So dig in guys!

File under: Gossip

The Mormon Archipeligiasts decided that Viva Ned Flander's guest post by Enochville (who considered himself a believer as recently as January) is not appropriate content for the Moarch, so they temporarily pulled the plug on him until new posts pushed it off the front page. Links to all the pages still appear under "more..." for Isles of the Sea.

Kinda makes you wonder what their rules are. You have people posting all kinds of wild and crazy things about their doo-dads (which frequently go against the Church's positions) at FMH and TFTC and you have exmos loitering at LDSLF and being interviewed at mormonstories.org, and they do not get temporarily de-listed. Does the Moarch even have rules, or is it ad hoc? Someone on the Board doesn't like something, so they complain and bring it up for vote?

If anyone knows danithew personally, it is time for the Nacle to stage an intervention. We just cannot let this guy keep hitting the hard stuff like this. We need to help out our Nacle brother and get him cleaned up. It is our duty, our responsibility. Won't you help a brother out?

With that I now return you to your regularly scheduled snarking.
